Your First Appointment

Your first appointment usually takes longer than routine visits. During this appointment we will:

Routine Pregnancy Appointments

Throughout your pregnancy we'll monitor:

  • Your baby's heartbeat.
  • Your overall wellbeing.

Appointments become more frequent as your pregnancy progresses.

Screening and Testing

We'll discuss all recommended pregnancy screening options so you can make informed decisions about your care. These may include:

  • Blood tests.
  • Ultrasound scans.
  • Gestational diabetes screening.
  • Group B Streptococcus discussions where appropriate.

Participation in screening is always your choice.

Staying Healthy During Pregnancy
